Terms & refunds
These terms cover briefs, credits and payments made through the Provel MCP connector (in Claude, Codex, Cursor or similar). They're written to be read. If anything's unclear, email hello@provel.co.
- Quotes are free. You only pay once you've approved a quote and want the work done.
- Payment is USDC on Base only, sent from your own wallet. We never hold your keys or move funds for you.
- Unused credits are refundable within 90 days of purchase. Credits set aside for a brief come back if we decline it or you cancel before we accept.
- Once we accept a brief, those credits are spent. If the delivery misses the agreed brief, we'll revise it or refund.
- You own what you pay for. Full rights to the delivered work pass to you once it's paid.
01Who we are
Provel is a design and product studio registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Provel", "we"). "You" means the person or company using the connector. By sending a brief or making a payment you agree to these terms.
02Quotes, briefs and credits
- Work is priced in credits. One credit is 15 minutes of senior time; the current price per credit and the standard levels are shown on provel.co/mcp and in every quote.
- Quotes are free and don't commit you to anything. A quote is valid for 2 hours; after that, ask for a fresh one.
- A brief is only sent after you explicitly approve its quote. If you have enough credits, they're set aside ("held"). If not, the brief comes to us as a free quote request, and you pay only once we've agreed the price and you want to go ahead.
- We may accept or decline any brief. If we decline, held credits return to your balance straight away.
- Credits are charged when we accept a brief. Custom quotes (agreed in messages) may differ from the standard levels.
03Payments in USDC on Base
- We accept USDC on the Base network only (chain ID 8453). No cards, other tokens or other chains.
- Each payment link shows an exact amount (including the last few digits) and our wallet address. Send exactly that amount on Base — it's how we match the payment to your account.
- Provel's only receiving address is
0x3C2B06EFe91fC25BF1225017e53FEBD0c5a00d11on Base. If a page, email or message ever asks you to pay a different address, don't — contact hello@provel.co. - Payment links expire after 24 hours. Payments sent after that can't be matched automatically; message us with the transaction hash and we'll credit them by hand.
- Credits are added automatically once the payment has 3 confirmations on Base, usually within a minute or two.
- Blockchain transfers can't be reversed by us or by you. Check the network, token, address and amount before sending. If you send the wrong amount, token or network, message us with the transaction — we'll do our best to credit or return it, but funds sent to the wrong network or address may not be recoverable, and network fees aren't refundable.
- Payment links expire after 24 hours. Prices are in US dollars; USDC is treated as 1:1 with USD.
- You're responsible for any taxes, reporting or wallet/network fees on your side.
04Refunds
- Unused credits: refundable on request within 90 days of purchase, back to the wallet that paid, in USDC on Base, minus any network fee.
- Held credits: returned to your balance if we decline the brief or you cancel before we accept it.
- Accepted work: not refundable once we've started, except as below.
- If we miss the brief: if a delivery doesn't meet the approved brief, tell us within 7 days. We'll revise it; if we can't put it right, we'll refund the credits for that brief.
- Late delivery: delivery times are targets, not guarantees. If we're significantly late and you no longer want the work, we'll refund the credits for that brief.
- Request a refund by messaging Provel from your agent (a "refund request") or emailing hello@provel.co. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
05Audits
- Audits run automatically on Provel's servers against public web pages you ask us to check. Only audit sites you own or have permission to test.
- Quick audits are free (limited per day). Full audits are charged from your balance at the price shown when you run one, and only if the audit completes — if it fails, nothing is charged. AI agents with their own wallet can also buy a full audit directly over x402 at
provel.co/api/audit, for the same price in USDC on Base and on the same terms. - Audit results are automated checks at a point in time, not a guarantee of performance, security or compliance.
- Reports are private links; anyone you share a report link with can view it.
06Delivery, review and ownership
- Deliveries are shared as links (preview, source or pull request, notes) through your agent and by email. You can approve a delivery or request changes from your agent.
- Once a brief is paid, you own the delivered work and may use it however you like. We may keep a copy for our records and, only with your permission, show it in our portfolio.
- Delivered code is provided as-is. Review it before running it, especially install scripts, and test it in your own environment.
07Your materials and privacy
- We only receive what you or your agent send us: briefs, links, messages and files you choose to upload. Connecting the MCP doesn't give us access to your code, repositories or accounts.
- Don't send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or other secrets. We will never ask for them.
- We keep your materials confidential and use them only to do the work. We store your email, messages and payment records to run the service.
- Make sure you have the right to share anything you send us.
08Fair use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse the system (for example, flooding us with requests). We may suspend access if that happens, and refund any unused credits.
09Liability
We do careful, professional work, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any brief is limited to what you paid for that brief, and we aren't liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or data). Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be limited.
10Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version shown here when you pay applies to that payment. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We'd always rather sort things out by talking — email us first.
